D.E.R.M.™ is hypoallergenic , reusable, and easy to use . It contains Silica beads that naturally absorb and release moisture when heated in the microwave. This helps soothe irritated, dry, and fatigued eyes . For extended relief, complimentary cotton liners are included, which can be moistened before heating to provide up to 7-9 minutes of soothing heat therapy . For moderate to severe dry eye , longer treatment times of 10-20 minutes are recommended.
